Melanie Toth on Our Yoga Retreat in Tuscany

Ever since my first retreat to Italy in 2019, I've been dreaming my way back.

Co-leading a week of yoga and travel in Tuscany was a gift I hadn't dared let myself dream of receiving, yet it was given to me -- with just one week's notice! -- and I have never been the same. (You can read about that adventure here.)

This June, I’m excited to do it all again, this time co-hosting a week of yoga and creativity – aka Self-care Camp – with my incredibly fun and funny friend and writing coach,
Anne Heffron. Imagining this gathering has been feeding my soul these last two years, and I cannot wait see this dream come to life.

Yet at the same time, the reality of Covid curveballs is ever present and there are still moments when it’s hard to believe this trip is REAL. Anne and I have been making more time to talk about Italy lately because we need those conversations to remind us that this trip is really happening!

We decided to record one of those conversations because we wanted to make going on this retreat feel more real to us and to YOU, our potential co-travelers. You can watch us talk about all the things here.

Last June, when this trip felt so far from being real, Anne and I got together on Zoom to collage and write about our vision of gathering in Tuscany this June. Now, we’re inviting you do the same.

If the thought of travel feels tempting but out of reach, we hope you’ll join us for a special FREE collage and writing session where we can dream together on paper by intuitively playing with images and words.

In the meantime…picture it, Tuscany, 2022: living in a 400 year old villa overlooking the countryside, eating home-cooked family-style meals, drinking vino produced on site; enjoying multiple excursions exploring the fascinating, medieval walled city of Lucca and the gorgeous Ligurian coast; sharing playful, intuitive movement and creativity practices each day, as you gather inspiration from your surroundings, yourSELF and your new friends; all of it thoughtfully planned to allow plenty of space for rest and self-care as you listen and respond to your needs in the way only YOU can.
